  I love this place. Food is great, family atmosphere. Server was amazing and helpful. Even the free times it wasn't perfect they made it right.

  My husband, kids, mother-in-law, and I came here for dinner. I ordered the meatloaf dinner that was meatloaf, a roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, and I chose onion rings. The roll was hard as a rock, the meatloaf was something that even my cat wouldn't eat! When the waitress finally came to check on us, I told her and I ended up getting the Reuben. I was still charged for the mashed potatoes and onion rings which were part of "the dinner". Not once did she look at our almost empty cups to ask if we wanted refills. When we were getting ready to leave, we ordered 3 hot fudge cakes to go. The waitress told us that they would be up at the register for us. We went up there to pay and ask for the cakes, the kid looked at us like we were asking him to perform brain surgery! After waiting 10 MINUTES the manager came up and noticed the cakes had been sitting under the register this whole time (probably since we were still at the table)! Last, but certainly not least, we saw one of the workers giving another worker A MASSAGE out on the floor!!! I have a picture but I don't know how to upload it to this review.. I am so disgusted by our experience this evening and I wish I didn't even have to give one star!
